FOMCA

The Federation of Malaysian Consumers Associations or its acronym, FOMCA is a national non-governmental organization, which is voluntary, non-profit, non-political, and civil minded. It is the umbrella body of registered consumer associations in Malaysia . FOMCA links the activities of consumer associations in Malaysia as well as at international levels and works together with the national and international level towards strengthening consumer protection.

FOMCA's main concern is not only value for money but more so, value for people. FOMCA also promotes through the purchasing power of consumers a "need-oriented" development that will ensure socio-economic justice and environmental quality of life for all.

FOMCA established partnership with Institute of Global Management as the official academic cum corporate training provider in customer care programs to improve the quality and delivery of consumer's customer service in Malaysia .

 

Aspectum

Aspectum appointed Oliver Ho as their representitive since 2001. Aspectum operates internationally and locally. Aspectum Finland OY coordinates the activities of offices (Aspectum Companies) and agencies (Aspectum Representatives) founded in different countries. Aspectum works flexibly as a network, some as independent companies and some as collaborating partners.
